In this montage I have blended the beautiful multiform patterns of the snake skin with its opalescent scales into the head portrait in profile of the Carpet Snake.Feared by many these are docile creatures that share mans habitat quite peacefully and perform the essential service of keeping the rat and mouse population under control.
