The original watercolour is almost a minature being 8X8 inches. It was painted way back in 1987 soon after a group of us spent a week fishing off the Queensland Coast in a large motorcruiser.There were a dozen or more of us GPs Surgeons Anaesthetists Stock-brokers and so on having what we felt was a well earned rest. The man featured in the painting was an architect.He never saw the painting. It was an annual event but I only went the once. This is one of the most detailed small paintings I ever did.
